1. Handmade & Made-to-Order Disclaimer
All Bunai Binai products are handmade. Please allow for slight variations in colour, texture or size — these natural variations make each piece unique and one-of-a-kind.
2. Order Processing Time
- Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 3–5 working days.
- Custom and made-to-order pieces (including gift hampers, upcycled items, and personalised products) may take 7–14 working days, depending on the design and quantity.
3. Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping charges are based on the weight and delivery location (free shipping apply on bulk order value).
- A tracking link will be shared once the order is dispatched.
4. Returns & Exchanges
- As our products are handcrafted and often customised, returns or exchanges are not accepted, unless the item is received in a damaged condition.
- In case of any damage, unboxing photos/videos of the product and packaging must be recorded and emailed to us within 24 hours of delivery.
5. Custom Orders & Consultations
- Custom design and consultation services are chargeable and non-refundable.
- A 50% advance payment is required to confirm your custom order. The remaining 50% must be paid before dispatch.
6. Workshops & Experience Bookings
- All workshop bookings are non-refundable.
- One-time rescheduling is allowed if informed at least 72 hours in advance (subject to availability).
- Whether materials are included or excluded will be mentioned at the time of booking.
