Returns & Exchanges

  • As our products are handcrafted and often customised, returns or exchanges are not accepted, unless the item is received in a damaged condition.
  • In case of any damage, unboxing photos/videos of the product and packaging must be recorded and emailed to us within 24 hours of delivery.

5. Custom Orders & Consultations

  • Custom design and consultation services are chargeable and non-refundable.

A 50% advance payment is required to confirm your custom order. The remaining 50% must be paid before dispatch.
